Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are adding another baby to the family!
A source close to the couple has confirmed that Kimye is expecting baby #4, a boy, via surrogate. They welcomed daughter Chicago via surrogate last year after Kim opened up about complications she suffered in her first two pregnancies. They are also parents to 5 year old North and 3 year old Saint.
